To Sum it up... great bed, great nights sleep, great sunset views from the upper deck, cool breeze, fun golf course, nice staff... all the stairs suck as does the fact that bell hops are few and far between. But otherwise great. OH... and DINO the bartender was awesome and accomodating!

Walking into the Inn feels like walking back in time. The Arts & Crafts style lobby with huge stone fireplaces and original Stickley furniture is beautiful. We relaxed while having a drink on the very large deck and then went for a swim. The Inn's pool is huge, not too warm, and has a wall of windows that look down... More

My husband and I were planning on staying at the Inn during our Rotary group's district conference, which was being held there, and making the hotel a great deal of money in one weekend. We booked our room a month ahead of time for the discount rate for our group. The Wednesday before we were to stay overnight, our babysitter... More

This hotel is great for 1985, the last time it was likely remodeled. The food was pretty good, the location is great. But the views aren't as good as you'd hope. Being right on a main highway with old windows means your can hear all the noise. For $200 a night I would hope for a lot more than a... More

I can not begin to say enough about the Summit Inn. We had our wedding reception there in addition to staying at the Inn. The service, food and staff all excellent and the location is stunning especially in October. All of our guests many of whom were unfamiliar with the area and The Summit Inn have since returned to eat... More

We stayed here for three nights as a base for touring Falling Water and Kentuck Knob, ft. Necessity and other sites in the area. Mae's dining room has a nice menu and food is nicely presented and very tasty. Lobby is rustic and warm feeling. If you need help with luggage you have to ask for it, there are no... More

The rooms are cute and cozy. I felt at home, and very safe. The old fashion vibe is great, so different than any other place I've stayed...and I've been to many places. It was very clean and quiet. Not to mention the view! I love everything about this hotel. I feel like it's my home in PA. Everyone who works there... More

One of our friends was having their wedding at the Summit Inn and we reserved a room for the night so we wouldn't have to drive home. Pros: The reception hall was beautiful, the staff was extremely attentive, the food was excellent. The lobby area had rustic charm and was decorated very nice. Our room was clean. The views are... We recently stayed at the Summit Inn while visiting Falling Waters. The hotel feels like an old style ski lodge. While it was not luxurious, it was clean, cozy and the the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed sitting by the roaring fire on a cold blustery day. There are lots of interesting activities nearby for a day trip or... More

My best friend and I stayed at the Summit Inn on Oct. 10-11 2012. Reviews of the Inn we read prior to our visit varied from complimentary to negative, so we arrived with hope for a positive experience during our stay. Our hope was more than realized. The main porch was spectacular. The lobby was beautiful with several seating areas.... More
