We stayed at another Best Western in Richmond Hill and it was a great hotel. This one on the other hand was not. The rooms were old and dingy. I couldn't get hot water in the shower, and the beds were uncomfortable. The breakfast was terrible. More

Some of the reviews are right on target. The sink, shower and toilet all had hair around them. The room did not have a fresh smell to it AND the four pillows on our king size bed all had mildew on them. eeeewwww. C'mon BW, I know you can do better. More

I agree with some of the reviews that the room was not cleaned as well as it should be in a hotel. Hair around sink and shower is always a turn off.
