Joan's is in a wonderful location on a beautiful street. The room was at street level and the cleanliness was not a problem. Joan's on Jones was a perfect retreat for us. The rooms were warm and inviting. A private entrance and parking was provided. A continental breakfast was provided. The owner was available for advice on food but was unobtrusive. Loved it here. A great place for travelors with pets!!!! more
