The staff at the Mulberry were very nice, and went out of their way to please the customer. The afternoon tea and music was an added delight. The hotel was spotless and the rooms were large. The food in the resturant was excellant. Definitely a five star resort. more

I had never travelled to Savannah before. The Mulberry Inn is conveniently located. It is a 5 minute walk to River St. and The Pirate's house is just a block away. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend The Mulberry Inn to anyone travelling to Savannah. more

The Mulberry Inn was so beautiful and the service was wonderful. Beautiful lobby, great check-in piano player in the evenings and Sunday morning. Our room was wonderful. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a buffet and was reasonably priced and delicious. The courtyard you looked out into while eating was so beautiful and the pool area was very nice... more

First the good: the location, right off Bay St.; the classy lobby of oak, chandeliers, a grand piano, the quaint curb appeal and old-world look of the grounds, the very accommodating staff especially bellman, George, who has been with the hotel since 1946 (!) and has been featured on the Travel Channel, the pianist at afternoon tea; free parking at... more

The Mulberry Inn is located right inbetween the riverfront and the historic district of Savannah. As soon as you walk in you can see that the entire hotel is true to the historic nature of the town. It does not look like a Holiday Inn at all... it looks more like the Holiday Inn group bought an existing private hotel... more

Travel to Savannah a couple times per year and the family comes along in the summer. Great hotel, great service, booked me in a much quieter room this year off the busy intersection. I wish they kept the bar open later, it was always closed when we got back in. Very nice afternoon tea and desserts/cookies with a pianist. The... more

My wife and I have just returned from a touring holiday of Georgia and Tennessee including Atlanta, Chattanooga, Nashville and Memphis. As there was a substantial amount of travelling involved at the start of our tour, we decided to take easy and spend the last few days in Savannah. This city is an absolute delight, with its 22 garden squares... more

Everything about this hotel was perfect. Very clean. Just across the street (Bay St.) from the riverfront. High Tea at 4:00. Asked for lots of extra down pillows and they were in my room within 5 minutes! Secure parking garage. Very friendly, helpful staff. Bar was nice. A must-see "haunted" restaurant is just next-door... The Pirate House (just don't eat... more

While I have stayed at Holiday Inns in the past, I was a little disappointed when I discovered that my husband had booked a Holiday Inn for our trip to Savannah, since we had a guest with us from out of the country. He assured me that he had stayed here before and that I would approve. He was right!... more

This was our second trip to Savannah and stayed at the Mulberry both times. The first experience was so great that we didn't even consider another hotel. This trip was a celebration of our 50th wedding anniversary. We were right down town and easy walking distance of Old Savannah. We were a block from one of the beautiful squares and... more
