The front desk staff, particularly Brittany, is awesome. Whatever you need, they take care of it. That said, the hotel is ok but not worth the longer walk and additional expense. You can get a hotel closer to the action for less money that is just as nice.

I really enjoyed this hotel, and would have given it a 5 vice 4, except that the room we had was apparentlya Handicap room, and therefore had a different kind of shower head that did not have very good pressure.
