The only thing that kept me from using 5 stars was that their age was showing in things like the bathroom grout and tile, burns in the blanket, etc. It was nice, but I wish I'd saved my points and just gone to a tier 1. Free's free, but points are points. The staff was very helpful. They called immediately to see if the room was satisfactory, and even let me check out an hour late. The afternoon girl was very sweet; the morning woman wasn't too excited that I had been offered a late check-out. The noise was easily heard from the street and the neighbors, so light sleepers might go elsewhere-we weren't even on the outer row. The mirror had those scratches like you see on the news-that has a camera on the other side? Ha! Just rub lipstick on them. My husband had to leave before the breakfast even started so he went without.
