The overall expierence was terrific. The entire staff was very courteous. From sales to the banquet setup team.; everyone made certain our group had everything needed and made our event a success. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my fiends and colleagues for any upcomming banquet/business functions.

This is a nice hotel that sits in a wonderful downtown location. Many restaurants and bars are near location and hotel also offers bar and restaurant. Stayed two nights at the hotel and had no issues with the property. The hotel is a older hotel, but well maintained and a nice place to stay for any occasion.

Age is showing in this hotel big time. Rooms need updated because everything is worn and looks dirty no matter how hard they try to clean it. Service was good, and having room service is a plus, but between the worn furnishings and parking situation you can find better!

I recieved excellent customer service from the hotel staff.From the front desk all the way to the kitchen staff. Breakfast was wonderful may I add. I'm always greated with a smile at the front desk and leave with one at the end of my stay. I would recomend the hotel for anyone who is traveling for vactions or on business.

Just stayed at the hotel, the front desk poorly functions, research the area first cause they are not sure what is around there. Staff was fantastic. Very helpful and pleasant. Restaurant has a great breakfast buffet and a la carte. Dinner is a little short on selections but very good. It's location is within walking distance of historic sites, other restaurants and small shops.
