Based on the tripadvisor reviews I thought I might have found a great hotel for a great price. It wasn't so. This hotel was an average roadside hotel with less than acceptable clean rooms. The staff seemed friendly but almost rehearsed. I would not recommend this hotel for families with little kids.

I stayed here based entirely on other reviewers comments. They were spot on. For well under $100, I got a Hampton or Courtyard-quality hotel room. Clean, comfortable, quiet and a breakfast I'd be pleased with from a restaurant. Cheery front desk staff and cheap laundry facility. If there's an AmericInn near my future travels, I'm in.

This hotel is all that one should expect for its class. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is convenient to the airport, dining and shopping. I did find the room to be a wee bit chilly even with thermostat set to 88 F; actual room temperature was likely around 68 F.

We spent one night here and were very impressed with the staff, service, cleanliness, and breakfast. We would rate it excellent in EVERY catagory and will definitely try to stay here on our return trip! You can not find a nicer, more accommodating staff. Thanks for a great stay!
