we recently were traveling through alaska with friends, originally we had booked a b&b in fairbanks on the advise of reviews i had read just about every websight(trip advisor also) well not sure what happened but it turned out to be a bad experience for us, so we decieded to leave a day early and check into a hotel for our last night in fairbanks, we had driven by the hampton inn and we have stayed in a hampton inn before, so in the mnorning after breakfast at the b&b we moved into the hampton inn, the people at the desk were so friendly and helpful, they showed more hospitality and personality than the owner of the b&b, we went on a late night flight and returned to the hotel at 1 am and they had fresh baked cookies waiting for us, how cool is that:), the rooms were clean, modern,comfortable with a wonderful large walk in shower, the breakfast was typical but they had fruit, cookies, coffee, tea available at all times, wish we had booked with them in the first place more
