I loved staying here- great location super helpful staff. The shuttle took just shy of an hour to pick me up at the airport tho and that was annoying. Will stay there again. The rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable.

Loved my room and bed but the staff needs to be more friendly and willing to help disabled personnel even if it's just to get a cart for them. The housekeeping personnel need to not touch things that don't belong to them and to actually clean the room and take the trash away.

This is a beautiful hotel. Nice location and staff is so nice and welcoming. Very clean room, lobby and pool area. one of the better workout rooms I have used at a Hampton Inn too. I would recommend this location.

The hotel rooms were neat, clean, and provided all the essentials that you would expect to have. The staff was very helpful with all issues, and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start each day. I would recommend staying here if ever in Fairbanks for business or vacation.

Stayed there for a week and overall, couldn't have been more pleased. We (me and 3 large kids, 20, 17 and 12) were upgraded to a king suite with a rollerbed added at the quietest end of the top floor. Breakfast staff was overwhelmed on the first day of our visit. They were out of everything by 9am and trash cans were over flowing. This problem was resolved on subsequent days. Rooms were not made up until late in the evening. rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Convenient location. Staff was friendly and helpful
