this is a small b & b with only 2 rooms and shared bath. the rooms are very spacious, as is the bath which adjoins both of the rooms. the house is new, with new fixtures and decor. the beds are queen size and very comfortable. the guest area is downstairs and also includes a large family room with large couch, and nice tv with satellite. there is an adjoining fitness room also with tv. the hosts are very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. they are familiar with local things to do, and very good at suggesting activities, as well as restaurants, if needed. the breakfasts are delicious, and the hostess will accomodate very early risers with a nice box lunch to go. the house itself is beautiful , very clean and new. it is about a mile off of chena hot springs road, on an unpaved but well maintained road. the owners have two labradors, which well behaved, and do not go downstairs where the guests stay. we loved this place and would definitely stay here again if we return... more
