Was greeted by the owner and made to feel welcome. The rooms are on the second floor. both couples had a nice room w/ bath. rooms were freshened while we were out. breakfast was cereal, melon, muffins and beverages. enough to start the day. Had a great stay here, not new but clean and comfy more

Bed and Breakfast for me means being invited into someone's house, being made to feel like a guest. This wasn't the case here.
