I do not know whether the term bed and breakfast is correct for this establishment. To me b&b always brings to mind and English b&b where you get a bedroom and have a breakfast in the morning in what may just be the kitchen of the folks your staying with.
This is absolutely not the case here. Here you have a spacious apartment in the basement of a detached house, with private entrance. It is an excellent choice for families, like ours, with two teenagers.
The place is very clean an dtidy. You can even do your own laundry with a washer dryer available.
The house is quite close to Manhattan (depending on where you have to be about half an hour on the subway). Newkirk Ave Station is very close (only two blocks away) and you can change trains to virtually any part of the city at Atlantic Ave (a short 10 min ride).
