Worst hostel so far according to my experience. Unorganized management and unprofessional staff. They did not set up the bed prior to my arrival and the sheet and blanket that they gave me had the dirty period spot on it..so gross...and when I tell them to change it they did not even look sorry and apologize appropriately like it always happen. :(
I booked a female room but they put a guy in our room since there's not enough spot..such a messed up management..
The hostel is not suitable for travellers who are visiting NYC and probably have to go to mahattan everyday...tho the subway's convinient..it can still be troubling when the weather's not that nice and freezing cold..
