Worth the visit just to meet the owner, Jack, and watch the jays at the feeders. Mexican Jays, Steller's Jays and Western Scrub Jays all at once. We hear the hummingbirds are great in the summer. Small, rustic rooms but very quiet this time of year. Great food in the dining room...the green chile cheeseburger is wonderful. more
If you value a good night's sleep, this isn't the place for you. The rooms though rustic are reasonably clean and comfortable. We needed a place to stay and found it on a heavily booked weekend - by recommendation from a fully booked motel nearby. The Breathe Inn is a good value considering its location so far away from most everything.
