Comfort Inn, Silver City Tried to book a ground floor room because my friend cannot climb stairs. The clerk said he could not confirm a ground floor room in advance. When I said I had not had that problem before, I was told "go and stay somewhere else." When I asked for the manager, the clerk hung up on me. more

i stayed at this hotel for 1 week and the service was outstanding. there was fresh cookies and milk every night, and a well stoked breakfast every morning. the daily papers from the surounding area also was a nicely apreciated touch. i would highly recomend this hotel to everyone! more

The room was relatively clean except the rug was dirty. The ice maker didn't work but it looked like they were trying to fix it. The inn room safe did not work as well. If everything worked and the rug was clean I would give it an above average rating. The staff was friendly. more
