The place is older, but it's clean. The bathroom showed it's age, along with the carpet (there were some stains). The bed was comfortable. There was adequate water pressure in the shower.
The air conditioner was an older wall mount and was quite loud. I didn't mind the noise though.
The owners were very nice and helpful.
All in all, I feel like we got what we paid for ($40 for 2 adults). The place was not a 5 star hotel by any means, but it was a clean, comfortable place to sleep.
