My Family (which included two young children) had a wonderful time the four nights we stayed here. Breakfast was good, the waffles were yummy and the staff was very, very courteous and very helpful. Every day, the breakfast sitting area was jammed packed so we didn't always have a place to sit when we arrived. I suggest this hotel extend... more

Thank you for your positive feedback. Our entire hotel staff works very hard to upkeep our high standards in cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience. We are happy to hear you and your family enjoyed your entire stay with us. It's always rewarding to hear our hard work is recognized by our daily guests. We look forward to your family's...

We stayed here two nights (June 11 & 12 2009) and found the conditions atrocious. The included breakfast features powdered eggs and half-cooked greasy bacon, and a manager who laughed when shown someone's hair cooked into the eggs. Breakfast ended when we found something crawling in the food. We were also deceived about the rates. We paid $135 when booked... more

We take pride in offering a high quality expanded hot breakfast buffet. Our daily breakfast include fresh fruit, waffle bar with 3 fruit toppings, muffins, danish, various bread types, scrambled eggs, a rotation of breakfast meat selections, etc. We do not serve powdered eggs; however, your comment is valuable to us. We have since changed our method to prepare our...

This hotel was clean, however, the beds were squeaky. The hot tub was barely warm and I heard four people complain to the staff about this while we were in the lobby. This was the reason we picked this location for relaxation at the end of a long and adventurous day. The breakfast was not as good as it could... more

We apologize the hot tub was luke warm during guest stay. Unfortunately, the hotel could not foresee the problem at time of booking. However, hotel does post sign to disclose problem at time of check-in and offer guests option to switch hotels, if necessary. We have made improvements to our process to prepare eggs. We have since received very positive...

Have always had a good experience at this Best Western. Roon clean. Breakfast area is great. Breakfast was the best we have had of any of the motels we have stayed in recently. One thing you may have to contend with is the buses. We had two that morning, but they still had plenty of food, a little crowded but... more

For the money, the room was very well presented. It was immaculately clean, the beds were great and the rollaway we used was one of the comfiest we had in 3 weeks. The location is fine and the pool looked pretty nice. We didn't use it, but some other guests were enjoying it into the evening! The only place to... more

We offer a wide breakfast selections. For those who are weight and/or health conscious, we offer fresh fruit, granola, bran cereals, oatmeal, southwest scrambled eggs, and low fat milk, coffee, and grapefruit juice. Our breakfast host is a familiar practice in many hotels across Europe and at other high demand hotels in leisure markets. The host is to assist our...

I glanced through a number of posts and was surprised at the number of negative comments. For a moderately priced hotel, off-season, it met my expectations. I was on a Navajoland road trip, and this was one of 6 Best Westerns I stayed in, all being one-night stands. I booked this on the BW site. Senior rate was $53.51 +... more

The GOOD - My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in mid October on the top floor in a clean quite room that did not smell of smoke. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were large, soft and plentiful. The hotel is centrally located. The BAD - The elevators are very slow. All of the breakfast items... more

I have never had a worse experience at any hotel. The employees were uncaring, unapologetic, and uncaring. The Internet does not work and the pool is not heated. The air conditioning does smell bad as others state on the board. Yes, the manager does not care about the guests and does not return phone calls when you have a problem.... more

Good location for area, rooms reasonable, breakfast good for a best western (ie this is not a restaurant). They need many more staff at reception, we always had to wait a LONG time because they are understaffed, phone ringing etc. This is a major problem at check in, check out and especially if you are having a problem. Had a... more

This is a fairly large hotel located not far from Lake Powell. It has an outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as a breakfast area and internet access in the lobby. I didn't have breakfast, although a hot breakfast is included (and smelled good!). I didn't use the lobby internet either, but I did use the free wi-fi in my... more
