This hotel is well located in Gatlinbug and is fine for an old and outdated place. The extremely rude and apathetic lady at the front desk has no business in the hospitality industry. She pretty much snarled at us through the check-in process and slapped a parking pass down and said to go put it in the car or it... More

This is NOT a 3-star caliber hotel. Not even 2 1/2. I would say it is a 2-star property, on par with a Days Inn or a Best Western. - Property has not been updated since the mid-70s (except the groovy pool and waterfall). We were given 4 rooms (in a virtually empty hotel) before we found one that was... More

I recently stayed at this hotel during a business trip. The person I was traveling with told me of an unpleasing experience he recently had with two ladies who work at the check in counter. Sure enough, I was treated very rudely by one of the ladies, very short and negative attitude. I complained to the manager the next day... More

We stayed for 3 nights. The rooms were basically clean, carpets clean and bathroom clean with no mold in our rooms. We had rented two. The televisions were small and not many channels to choose from. We had "pool" rooms and the waterfall noise made it enjoyable to sleep. They do have "smoking" rooms. I was pleasantly surprised after reading... More

The pool was awesome for the kids. They had a shallow little kids part and the upper pool was 9 feet deep and WARM! I loved it! While I was at a conference, my husband and kids hung out at the pool. This hotel was handy to everything. We didn't really need to use our car. It wasn't the fanciest... More

I stayed 2 nights during a recent conference. First let me say the staff was great !!! But, that is really where it ends. The entrance is nice and clean, the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. The room was old and smelled alot like mold, the bed as well worn and the sheets clearly have been used... More

This hotel is perfect for a group of 250 or less. The hotel service was great and they did everything to make it more comfortable and have an enjoyable reunion to be remembered. It was neat, clean and free great buffet breakfast. Hope to have anoher in a couple years. More

When I booked this hotel I asked if it came with a free breakfast, and was told that it did. I also confirmed this when I checked in. The next morning when I went down to have breakfast, low and behold, no free breakfast. I talked to several other customers and they said they were also told that they were... More

Our room was moldy and dirty. The place would have been nice for the price if not for this. We brought the pictures of mold, dust, and overall lack of cleanliness to the front desk clerks attention. I truly hope they clean this place up. If you have allergies or asthma this could be a hotel to make you very... More

I stayed here as it was the "official" hotel of the event I was attending. The entire hotel was a little tired and worn around the edges. I found it to be priced a little high for what we got. The room was fine and as in most moderately-priced properties, had an in-the-wall type air conditioner. I hate these things... More
