“Enjoyed”

It was alot nicer this time than the last time we stayed there. The beds were clean, but needed some cleaning on the curtains etc. The bath was clean. All in all, good stay. We plan to stay there again in the near future.

Thank you for your comments. I do note that you stayed at Four Seasons approximately a year ago. Since that time, there have been significant changes: two new Guest Services Managers and a new Executive Housekeeper as well as the implementation of procedures to prevent incidents such as the one you describe. More

“Not Again”

We have been staying here for years. The ice maker was broke. No bog deal. But don't lie about it. The fireplace in our room did not work. Neither did the heat thank goodness it was a warm weekend. I don't understand how they can let such a nice place so downhill so quickly.

“Best room in gatlinburg”

I am currently at this hotel and it is was better then the reviews I did not expect much considering i got the rooms so cheap and the reviews were bad. But the room is huge awesome bathroom I stay in gatlinburg every year and this is by far the best room I have stayed in.
