Hotel was very clean and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was large with 2 Queen beds, balcony overlooking Gatlinburg and river. I would certainly stay here again if I am ever in Gatlinburg again. more

We had a large room with a king bed, fridge, microwave, couch, it was very nice. It could use some updating but was very nice. The area was quiet but within walking distance to downtown. We really didn't mind the incline back up 321 to the hotel either. The pool area was nice, the pool was warm! more

This was a nice place. You could hear the water in the creek with the door open and quiet when closed. Stay here you will not be disappointed for the money you spend more

The rooms were clean and roomy. The staff would bring new towels and clean the room each day. The staff was alwys being helpful when we had any requests. Its located at one end of town more
