First of all, it seemed that Chalet Village had just about every chalet in Gatlinburg. They have clubhouses and great customer service. DH and I stayed in this one bedroom chalet 9/10/09-9/13/09. It is located off of Ski View Drive and the driveway wasn't too steep, only you have to really watch or you will pass it before you realize it. I had used a previous Chalet company before, but I booked a two night stay over Labor Day Weekend on their internet site and they called me and gave me the third degree about a three night minimum and that I was trying to deceive them. We have stayed with Chalet Village 4 times now and keep coming back to them for their well-maintained properties and customer service. We just returned from a family reunion in Gatlinburg, where we rented a 7-bedroom, 7-bath chalet called "View from the Top" from Chalet Village. It was a wonderful experience.
