Booked a cabin with this company 8 months in advance and was very excited to finally get here. Upon first entering the cabin, I noticed dirt on the rugs as if it had not been vacuumed before we checked in. There was dust on light fixtures and artificial plants, there were dirty underwear found stashed on the shelf where the air mattresses were kept. We needed the air mattresses because 2 out of the 3 advertised queen sleeper sofas were broken and busted. It was quite obvious that they were aware of this problem because they supplied air mattresses which wouldn't have otherwise been needed. All of the air mattresses had holes in them so they were of no use what so ever. They smelled like urin. After driving back down the mountatin to alert the rental office, I was questioned about the number of people in the cabin and the age of my children.
