Cabin had wasps in one of the two bedrooms. I called the rental company to notify them of this issue and never received a return call. We ultimately had to sleep our entire 4-person family in one bedroom. When I finally spoke with the rental manager upon our leaving, she told us the wasps were the responsibility of the customer. Her stated rationale was that My Cabin Vacation did not provide on-site services such as changing sheets and towels during the course of the stay. These were the responsibility of the customer, and she said that dealing with wasps would fall into the same category. I told her this was not fair for a variety of reasons, the most obvious being that the wasps were in the cabin prior to our arrival, which clearly demonstrates a lack of preparing the cabin for occupancy on their part.
