The fact is, this is a Microtel, a 2-star hotel. If you're expecting the Ritz or the amenities of a 3 or 4-star hotel, you'll be sorely disappointed. My husband and I stayed 4 nights here and we probably would try somewhere else next time. The rooms are very smalls!!! and the smell!!! ufff, they call complementary breakfast and what they only have is some donuts and terrible muffins, the price is to high for this hotel!!! It was a nightmare!!! My suggestion is DO NOT GO TO MICROTEL INN!!!! more

We just returned from a weekend in Gatlinburg. We always like to stay within walking distance of the Parkway and we always take our 2 chihuahua's so we chose Microtel.
