My husband and I along with our little dog stayed at this hotel one night. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Gatlinburg. We did not spend much time in the room but it was great to have a place to freshen up and head back out for more shopping and sight seeing. The room was small which... More

This hotel was exactly what we needed for just one night. Nothing fancy, a very basic but clean room. There was a small refrigerator in the room which was a nice surprise. The rooms are very small but that was not a problem for us. The beds are not great just okay. The location of the hotel is great. You... More

Well this is 2 times now to Manchester and we are 0-2. I am going to first put the positives for this place-The young girl at the desk was very courteous and helpful, the flat Tv was nice and the bathroom was clean. Now the negative-room was very small, very noisy walls thin, breakfast was weak even for continental, spots... More

This place was a horror story. The entire place reeks of age in misuse. Our room was on the second floor, when the elevator opened there was a spot where they had removed a soda michene... The entire wall was covered in black mold. Our room stunk of smoke, the carpets were standee to the point of being sticky to... More

Room was ok, but the advertised queen beds they say that is in all rooms... is actually a full size. The room was clean for the most part. The hotel is located right in the middle of the strip so that was awesome. The staff was helpful when we needed something. Parking is alittle tight, so just be careful parking,... More

For 40 bucks a night you get what you pay for here! The room was clean, fridge worked, air conditioner was good, flat screen worked, wireless worked - though was slow. The cons: room is small, you could hear people walking above you, as well as children crying down the hall. Walls are thin. If you're cheap, this works fine,... More

We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor toward the back of the hotel. There is an outside live band in a bar a block away and it played until 1:00 A:M in the morning. We could hear this band clearly in our room. Room is dirty. Does not look like they sweep floors at all. I was in... More

For the price of $55 per night we got a "suite" which is basically 2 regular rooms. One room was a living room with a pull out bed and the other was your typical hotel room with a queen bed and dresser. Both rooms had nice window seats. Since it was 2 rooms combined we got 2 bathrooms which was... More

I would not stay here again. I looked online and this hotel had mixed reviews so I thought I would give it a chance. Trust me you get what you pay for with this place. The carpet was dirty and stained and my room (201) even had a burned place in the carpet from where someone place a hot iron... More

We booked here for a 2 day visit following a wedding. It's a block off the Parkway, so street noise was not an issue. The parking was a little tight, but the place wasn't crowded, so we were not worried about our car getting dinged. The desk attendant was very nice considering our reservation had a glitch and was not... More
