Got into Gatlinburg early and got to check in early. Bought Dollywood package which included 2 nights stay, 2 adult Dollywood 2 day passes and 2 child 2 day passes. Got to gatlinburg early had room ready and upgrade for free to deluxe room. Room was cleaned and just fine for two kids and me. The only problem was the pool was not working the whole time we where there. The motel is almost right beside the tram to ober gatlinburg, so a little bit of a walk to thing.... more

Stayed there Super Bowl Weekend, Very Clean Rooms, Excellent Continental Breakfast, and the Customer Service was very impressive at the front desk. I will be recommending this to all of my family and friends, It may look like an older property, but It is the cleanest I have seen. more

Stayed here the first week in January, 2007. Property is older, but well kept and clean. Had connecting rooms and both were nice with private balconies. One had gas fireplace. Both rooms had mini-fridge and microwave. Staff were friendly and helpful. No problems. Location is toward the National Forest end of River Road, about one block off of the Parkway.... more

Room was not clean when we checked in.The girl that checked us in needed a lesson in hospitality. Who ever did the plumbing needs a course in how to install focets. Breakfast was poor,so we had to go out to eat every morning. Will diffently stay at another hotel next time. more

This lodge was very comfortable for the family. The lodge is older, but very clean with large rooms. The heated outdoor pool was great! The lodge staff are very nice with a friendly smile every time you see them. This is a great family place to stay, and to come back to when your done for the day in Gatlinburg.... more

Stayed there 4 years ago as well as this week. Competitive price. Quiet location with two minute walk to the sidewalks of Gatlinburg's main street full of shops and attractions and the mountain tram. Clean room with gas fireplace, small fridge, coffeemaker (with coffee, filter, etc), hairdryer, lots of cable channels, balcony with view of pool. Friendly and helpful people... more
