My family and I stayed here for two nights. The main reason we chose this hotel was the location. It is close to all the shopping and dining. Hmm! It was alright. It definitely has its pros and cons. I really enjoyed the the location. It is a short walk to the strip and all the shops. It is right next to a restaurant and right around the corner from the Hard Rock Cafe. Also, it is right across the street from the Aquarium and the trolley stop.... more

This place is a good place to stay. The room ws nice and clean. Air conditioner was some what noisy but not too bad. Showers water presure was not hard enough but was just okay. I have been traveling to Gatlinburg for over 30 years and don't let the outside decieve you. It is definitely better looking outside than in. The rooms are very average and are dark and drab. Nothing fancy here folks and some deferred maintenance issues for sure. Entire property looks dated and could seriously use some fresh paint and new carpets, furniture, etc. I've never seen a smaller TV in a hotel room!
