Very good location- a walking distance to everything. Friendly staff, nice lobby. Should be a sauna- it's a big resort. We have 1 bedroom villa.Very tiny kitchen,nice bathroom. Wonderfully Luxirous..Quality furnishing, drapes. bedding and appliances. All upgraded..No wi-fi but they lead you an ethernet cord to get a regular connection. Tons of cupboard space, tiny little closet, big bathroom with washer and dryer. My wife and I stayed at the Crown Park Plaza for a romantic weekend in Nov 2008. We were very pleased with this resort. The rooms were decorated well and the service was excellent! The location is perfect. It is in walking distance from most of the activities. We recommend this resort. more

We have stayed here in the past as guests but never as owners. We stayed for a full week and we had such a wonderful time. The weather was terribly hot but we took advantage of the lovely a/c and went out early in the morning or late in the evening. The pancake house across the street was good, too.... more

Stayed at the Crown Park for a long weekend in November. The resort was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were huge! The indoor pool was a little small, but that would be the only complaint. We look forward to staying here again next year! more

The resort is a beautiful new complex within walking distance to all Gatlinburg attractions. The rooms are beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The staff is tremendously accomodating and personable. I traveled with children and they loved the resort including the pool.
