This is one of the very few places in the Gatlinburg area that permits dogs, which was the factor that influenced us to stay there. What will bring us back are the huge rooms and friendly staff. Maintenance leaves a lot to be desired, but this place is a tremendous value for the price and we will stay there again.

Value is good. You get also free breakfast (waffles, beagles, coffee, juice). Pretty location, you can go out for nice walks there. This hotels accepts dogs as well. Room was ok, the only thing I didn't like was old carpet (it was clean just old) and old microwave (it worked).

Hotel is within walking distance to the street where restaurants and attractions are located. The rooms were big and clean. The staff very friendly. The only complaint is the breakfast hours they were 8 to 10, They should be 7 to 10. I will always stay there. The scenery was awesome and it was quite and walking distance to every where.

We stayed in a standard queen room on the 5th floor. The room was big and really spotless clean. I liked the balcony because I could watch all the dogs playing in the grass. The staff was friendly and breakfast was decent. The location is peaceful and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised and would stay here again.
