away from the downtown traffic but close enough to walk to everything. clean average hotel room. great low rates. all room have a private balcony over looking the river. parking needs to be a little more organized.

Front desk very nice and helpful. Comfortable bed, other furniture kind of old. Assigned parking. Close to trolley stops. Private balcony over the river was great. We will stay there again. It's on the Pigeon Forge end of town right across from Hilbilly Golf.

We stayed here on 5/3 and were VERY satisfied with our accomodations. Yes, it is a bit outdated......but the king room overlooking the roaring river more than makes up for that. I am currently staying here, found pee in toilet upon entering room, a nasty mold covered piece of banana and cereal were in floor, and best of all a used condom, yes I said used condom in between mattress and headboard!! Utterly disgusting, worst night ever......paid $68 for all that too.....what a waste

We got a week night special there for $49 plus tax. It was a very clean room hanging over a roaring creek. We also had a fireplace. The management there is very nice and helpful. We for sure recommend this place and will continue to go there.
