Great for a break with kids. Amongst the best staff and service ever. If you stay for more than a few days, the dining options get a little boring, but everything else about the hotel makes up for that.

The hotel is located near Yangzheng Lake and is very convenient to get to lakeside restaurants when it is Shanghai hairy crab time during October to December each year. We stayed for the Easter Weekend and enjoyed such a wonderful relaxing time. The staff and rooms are perfect. The buffet food is sensational for buffet food. The Sunday Easter Egg Hunt was great fun. Well Done to all staff.

Fairmont Kunshan is a nice hotel in Kunshan with all english speaking staff. Only reason why it is not getting 5 points is that it is really far from anywhere, so if you are there in the evenings not much to do.

Took a management team here for an overnight meeting. From the staff, to food, to location,facilities and attention to detail: sensational. I will be surprised if most of our group don't go back for a family escape. On The high speed train it is 20 minutes from Shanghai, and you are in a different world! Great!
