I will start with the good things I have to say about the Tian Heng:
The restaurant staff for breakfast is the nicest part of the hotel.
The negative things:
They did not turn on the heat in the hotel. The lobby was below 9 degrees Celsius or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and this is not an exaggeration. It was so cold in the hotel, when you talked you could see the humid air from your mouth.
There is a sign up that states the pool, exercise room, and executive lounge are under construction. I did not check the pool, but I saw no signs of construction at the executive lounge. It seemed more like it was closed to save the hotel money.
No one speaks English enough to communicate unless it has to do with getting money from you. I have stayed in many hotels in China and their ability to communicate in English is very poor, especially at a 5 star level. It is worse than the typical difficult communication, this was just...
