Awesome place to enjoy backwater and observe kerala village life. Great service and food. Beautiful quiet location away from the honking vehicles and crowds. We all had a greate time. Good place to start house boat trip. Definetly go back and will spend more time on our next trip to india.

Stayed here with my girlfriend and it was in short - awesome. A great place with an awesome view and an amazing host to go along with it. There's not a lot to do around here but it's a really nice place to chill at. In short, it was the best homestay I've stayed at.

a beautiful house set by Vembanad lake, a very romantic place, so peaceful we spent one night there, had a great dinner and breakfast, went on the lake on a traditional boat,visited a hindu temple in the village five rooms in a totally renovated house, great service. a thrilling experience

Vembanad House was really the best place during our Kerala Travel! The place and the garden at the lakeside, the house and Food were the best expierience of our trip.
