Good view and good food with large portions especially the fish dishes..very traditional. Rooms are spacious but no room service yet. Buggy service is good.A bit on the expensive side but the spa is great and very relaxing ambience altogether. No noise pollution.

With the exception of one manager (Nikheel I think) the staff were lazy, arrogant and disinterested in their clients. This Resort is located on the lake of alleppey. The location of this property is very nice. in the eveing time from the garden we saw many house boats in the lake. The services are average and but food is good. The rooms are also neat and clean. the lake in front of the resort was clean and nice.

Was there only for a night, however realized that its best for an extended stay with relaxation on your itinerary.
