Clean, friendly staff, very good overall. Close to all shops and the beach. Felt a little intimidated walking back late at night as it is on a side road and you have to walk down some dark streets to get to it. Spa expensive compared to other places in Kuta. Booked on line the pictures look great but when we got there it was not nice. overlooked a tip in other back yard. walkway to the pool was very dark no safety rail near pool entrance and freind fell down a 4 foot drop within 5 minutes of arrival more
