Fantastic staff - really friendly and helpful. An unusual character hotel with original features in a beautiful setting. Our stay was not relaxing due to restoration work going on from 8am - 6pm in the rooms on either side of us and a general lack of consideration of other guests with screaming children. more

Just believe everything you read about this place. It is an old tea factory now turned into a 5 star hotel with stunning views.
