Please find a safe, clean place to stay. There are plenty of options in downtown that do not have air conditioning problems and the insect issue. Be careful about giving the hotel a credit card number. A few in our group had mysterious charges that had to be rectified after we ended our stay. more

The hotel staff was great and accommodating. The hotel itself needs some TLC. The furniture in the room was very dirty as well as the patio. Don't be tricked!!!! The hotel was less than desireable, but the front desk clerk Kimberley did upgrade us to the Cogressmans Suite...
