Stayed here on a recent business trip. Have not stayed in Hot Springs before so don't have anything to compare to. We stayed here for one night on a Saturday. Bed was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Free drinks even better!! I don't know the bartenders name but he made some awesome bloody mary's!! He worked his tail off! Everyone was nice and polite.

Have stayed at this hotel twice and I love it. Staff are friendly and helpful. Has a nice indoor pool. Love it has it's own spa in the hotel. The spa staff are equally friendly and helpful. When we had a problem with the room or a question staff always there to help.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Embassy suites. Our suite was spacious and clean with the appropriate amenities. We needed more towels that were promptly delivered to us upon calling for them. Our favorite place to stay in Hot Springs! Nice large suite, relaxing pool/spa area & a variety of choices @ breakfast. Close to downtown with well lit parking & offers a shuttle van to downtown & back.
