Carpet in the halls are stained. Tub had mold growing. Refrigerator in room made intermittent noises all night long which kept waking us. Pool and hot tub were so full of kids we were unable to use. Omelette bar line was an hour wait; they need to hire more cooks. Too expensive for the $. more

Well the Embassy Suites Hotel was really nice and I definetely enjoyed my stay there. The staff was amazingly nice and they also had FREE breakfast in the morning. Unbelievably great hotel! The pool was awesome and clean all except one of the four nights we were there. The breakfast is wonderful. The shuttle is a great time saver. The room was very nice and housekeeping was exceptional. We visited the on-site spa, and it was also very nice. we had no problems getting extra towels, blankets, room-service etc.... more

The hotel was beautiful- nicely decorated rooms with all the amenities- unfortunately, you had to get past the vagrant panhandlers in the parking lot to get into the lobby.
