If you want a clean bed to sleep in at night, a shower w/hot water all the time, and service you'd never get at an five star place, you need to come here. I agree with all the other reviewers. This is your basic old time motel, no frills, no problems. My only thought was that maybe we should've paid $10/15 more and gotten a nicer place that had a free breakfast. The other reviews support my own review, but I would have stayed at another motel closer to Mesa Verde (east side of town). This one is on the south side. Management is friendly and helpful.
