Every single employee we encountered here was friendly and helpful. The wait staff and bar staff at Growlers were, to a person, exceptional. Front desk staff were very helpful and genuinely nice. I had heard that the Crowne Plaza in Madison was newly redone. On the outside it seemed OK, but we got to our room and there was peeling wallpaper. The worst part is that the walls are paper thin. The Crown Plaza is my home away from home the Staff at the front desk always make me feel welcome and always make sure that the room I request is available the Bar area is great for watching a ballgame and relaxing and the food and service is excellent more
