Walk into the lobby and you know you are in a truly magnificent and elegant place. This is a very luxurious looking hotel from the moment you step foot inside her. The grand lobby is a delight to see and as we were here at Christmas we were very impressed by the tasteful and elegant decorations. The public areas are... More

The Food was fabulous, and I am one of THOSE picky eaters. Very convienient / walking distance to most anything you want to do. hotel is very elegant. Housekeeping was less than Stellar, but OKAY. SPA was disappointing... a) from the locker room to the waiting room, you have to walk back through the PUBLIC areas b) in the waiting... More

We love to travel and when we're in a big city, we love to walk! This was a fabulous hotel in a great location. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do and was a well-lit walk all of the way at night. My husband and I used our Hilton points to stay here and I'm a gold member... More

We broke our rule and did not stay at the Ritz Carlton. This was based on our recent stay at a Waldorf property in Orlando which was tremendous. This is a beautifully restored hotel. It is worth a walk through and the art deco bar is worth a visit. The staff was helpful. The problem is you stay in a... More

This hotel never ceases to amaze me! Everything was just as nice as always. I'm always amazed at how quickly the valet can unload your car and get you in the door. It's as if you blink and like magic your bags just appeared. Check in is also very quick and efficient. The concierge was very helpful. We were in... More

We booked Roosevelt after reading all the reviews, and it didn't disappoint! Impeccable service, from concierge to room service. Convenient location combined with old school charm. Other than the super comfy bed, I'm also pleasantly surprised by the T3 hairdryer ... it's the first I've ever come across! Very thoughtful touch (only women with long hair can truly appreciate this)... More

The Roosevelt makes a grand first impression as you walk through the revolving doors. It is elegantly decorated yet not stuffy. Upon entering our room, we were beyond pleased in the size and amenities. Not many hotels have an actual vanity for dressing in the mornings in addition to a desk and sitting area. It is only a short walk... More

I was a little troubled by first (and probably last) stay at the Roosevelt. It is a beautiful looking hotel, but the room I received was fantastically small. No tub, just a shower, and you'd have to crane your neck to look at the TV (it's positioned at an awkward angle, since it is to the left of the bed... More

We just got back from a week at The Roosevelt Hotel. It is Hilton's Waldorf-Astoria class hotel. The staff displays Southern hospitality at its best. Before we arrived we received an email from our personal concierge. This was a nice touch. She set up a driver to pick us up at the airport - pricey, but worth it since we... More

Walking into the lobby of the hotel I wasn't sure what to expect. It is clearly an older property. That means one of two things. First, a hotel that tries to slap some lipstick on it but underneath is an old hotel. Or two, a historic property that feels like an old gem. This is clearly the latter. As a... More
