I wanted an authentic New Orleans experience and Creole Gardens delivered. The staff was very kind, the bed felt like I was floating on cloud 9, and the food...DELICIOUS! I will definitely be going back. more

For my first trip to New Orleans, Creole Gardens couldn't have been a better place to stay. I love the rooms, the decorations were so nice. The employees there were great to talk to, and were always helpful. I know I'll be going to visit the Gardens again soon. And the best part is that it is pet friendly! more

My fiance and I and his parents stayed at the Creole Gardens Guesthouse on our recent visit to New Orleans and really loved the place....we were looking for more of an authentic local place and got exactly what we wanted. I loved the colors and the decor of all the houses and really enjoyed sitting in their back courtyard under... more

What started out as a nice trip to New Orleans turned into a bad experience. The staff pretty much ignored us when checking in because they were talking to a "Ghost Hunter" on the phone. In the check in process the staff ignored the fact that we wanted to pay cash and charged a debit card that we booked the... more

Having never been to New Orleans before I did some serious research on tripadvisor about where to stay. I'm so happy I chose Creole Garden! I've never stayed in a bed and breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. My room (12) was spacious and decorated with funky furniture and a HUGE tv (which I never used). The bathroom had a clawfoot... more

Found this accomodation on Craigslist and read the reviews here. Stayed for 7 nights while trying to find a place to rent and had an absolutely great time. If your looking for the Mariott or some other big chain standard for a room, this isn't your place. If you're looking for a relatively cheap, clean, and friendly place to stay,... more

We come for Jazz Fest every year, and always stay at the Creole Gardens. Breakfast with Annie is always such a treat, and very very tasty!! She always makes us feel at home! The staff at the Creole is always aiming to please and do it with grace and style, as only southerners know how to do! After we party... more

They say " one picture is worth a thousand words", so this will give you an idea of some of the magical moments that took place at Creole Gardens. This is our fourth visit to New Orleans, and the experience was absolutely enhanced by the hospitality of Creole Gardens, their friendly and welcoming staff, and... a bottle of Champagne! Not... more

I love this place. This was my fourth or fifth stay at the Creole Gardens. For me, it's always been a perfect spot in a perfect location in New Orleans. I have not encountered any of the issues mentioned by the previous two reviewers at all. The owner, Karen, has maintained a care for the customers and for details that... more

My husband and I travel to New Orleans quite often. We stay at the Creole Gardens all the time but this past trip I must say was quite different. We found out the hotel was under new management and what a big change. Karen I must say, though I never have met her, is quite a piece of work. She... more
