Not up to typical Holiday Inn standards and that is not saying much! This place is worn out, fixtures are broken, desks are missing. Yes, it has new paint but it needs so much more. Stayed 2/21 thru 2/25 Hotel is basic lodging with great location. 5 blocks Casino/ 1 block to Bourbon st./ 6 blocks to River front. If checking in on a friday night beware long wait .
