I made reservaions through Expedia for 12/07--9/07. When I arrived at your Inn (2547 Parkway0 at 8:30p.m. and checked in I inquired about the parking lot. Was informed it was beside the building. After checking out the lot could not find a space. Desk cleark told me I have to go across the road whick was only gravled and pot hole with no lights. I asked to cancel my reservations because of such conditions. Was told I needed 24 hour notice to cancel. Decided to stay 1 night since I was to pay for it. After crossing a dirty hall I found my room very sub quality. A big ugly patch on the wall, bent clothes rack, not clean, and when I attempted to take a show at 11:00 p.m., no hot water. Called the desk and was informed would send maintance. No one showed and I got charge for that call to front desk. Next morning called main offfice and was told I could check out. Did so and was informed the 2 extra night would be credit back to my Credit Card but was not. I am being charge for all 3... more
