This was a beautiful property. The staff was helpful in making recommendations for dining and directions. Our room was clean, chic, comfortable. The pool area was relaxing. Overall a great value for this city. more

I stayed at the W French Quarter for two nights in January. The hotel is polished on the surface, but is undoubtedly due for a remodel. You can tell that the rooms are getting to be quite worn. It's in a great location, and has some nice amenities like the courtyard and whatever/whenever service. Supposed to have stayed 2 nights. Stayed one night. Shower didn't work, they called us at 11 PM to see if we wanted it fixed there and then, (we were asleep). Three weeks later, and I am still fighting to get a partial refund for the night we didn't stay. more
