This is my 4th time staying at this property. The service has been questionable in the past. The service has definitely improved. W is a good location although the kids didn't enjoy walking the French Quarter. Nice perk here is they offer FREE DVD movie library. Whenever I can stay at a W - I do. True to usual form, this one was Wonderful! Its beautiful, charming, and in a perfect location! Bottom line though is the staff is ahhhhmazing! This W was great! Just steps from Bourbon Street, perfect location. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and in W style. Beautiful courtyard. Valet Parking was heaven sent in that crazy city. Park and walk where ever you like. more
