This Renaissance does not live up to the Marriott standards. My first impression was that of a long check in line with only one front desk clerk. The hotel has been remodeled but it is still a very old hotel at its core. There is no hot water at the shower or bathroom sink. Even a Super 8 motel has hot water! We will not stay there again. more
