Having read the TA reviews before going, I was not surprised by anything at this hotel. We asked for and were very kindly granted a room "up high" to avoid street noise, which I think definitely helped. We were on floor eight (not an ice machine floor), so that helped as well. This hotel has good value and location. Walking distance to French Quarter, Canal Streetcar and St. Charles Streetcar. The breakfast is nice with sausage and scramble eggs. The two queen room is nice size with small sofa. I will definitely stay this hotel in the future.

We stayed here 4 nights, the room we had were clean and over sized - (812). Within walking distance to everything. Does have garage parking ($15 day). Had breakfast bar every morning. They were making a move across the street when we were there!

While I wish we could have afforded a place a little closer to the tourist attractions....we needed something more affordable and so this fit the bill.
