The staff was so helpful, kind and professional. From the minute we arrived until we left all the staff was gracious. It took less than 60 seconds to check in. The bed was the best ever. more

I had been in the casino of this hotel during a previous stay and based on that I did not have high expectations for the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It was the Christmas season and the hotel spent a good amount of effort decorating. The room itself was more modern than I expected and fairly spacious. The location... more

I must admit that I was a bit wary about the too-good-to-be-true full comping of 4 nights at Harrrah's, but I've spent plenty of money in the casino, so I took advantage of the offer. I had nothing to worry about. Service was gracious, friendly and impeccable. The room was huge and the bathroom spacious and well-appointed. The importance of... more

There is no middle ground at this strange property. The rooms and public areas are beautifully appointed. The staff is super-friendly and very capable. BUT, there is not a general restaurant, coffee shop, not even a Starbucks in this place. There is no gift shop, not even a newsstand here. No pool, no health club, you get the idea. more

I knew I would be arriving prior to the 4 pm check in time, so I called the concierge and asked what would be the earliest we could possibly get a room. He told me to come at 11:30 since many people were checking out early that morning and housekeeping would have several rooms cleaned by then. My son and... more

We traveled from New Jersey to New Orleans, La., and were greeted with friendly smiles upon our arrival. We were checked into the hotel immediately and found our room to be absolutely stunning looking , and the beds and pillows made it easy for our tired traveled bodies to fall asleep easily. We loved the Casino and found everyone to... more

As casinos go this one is pretty good. It's a weird feeling though to be outside in vibrant New Orleans where everyone is walking around to all of a sudden go inside Harrah's and everyone is sitting down at the slots. It's a fun place to go to and blow a little bit of money when it's sweltering outside. more

We spent 2 nights in the Harrahs hotel prior to heading to Biloxi on Vacation, we should have just went straight to Biloxi. Personnel in the Hotel made us feel like we owed them something, or that it was a problem to help us. The casino was dark and dingy with a lot of what I would have called vagrants... more

Just returned from a weeks stay at Harrah's New Orleans. I thought the hotel was lovely!! The staff could not have been more attentive or welcoming. From the moment we arrived they were helpful and processed our reservation quickly and we were in our room in minutes. The room was spacious and very clean with a nice view of the... more
