Take a city tour. It is well worth it. The hotel is beautiful. The casino is one of the friendliest we have ever been in. We usually go to Vegas and tried this once. Going back in November! more

We were on our way over to florida and had a complimentary room so we thought we would stop here. My husband has always wanted to see new orleans. During my visit to New Orleans parked at Harrahs to take advantage of the play 30minutes for free parking. Upon entering asked several employees the proper procedure for parking validation. the people who work at the hotel really seemed to love their jobs....every morning and evening we were greeted with a welcome.......room was great......view wonderful.....and the gambling was fun......computer available 24/7 with room key.....2401......thanks to all the staff who made our stay grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrreat...... more

Please don't waste your time here! All the ticket redemption machines were broke and the lines for the cashiers were EXTREMELY long, and they had "someone" directing traffic to the windows which was total chaos!!! That "someone" was very rude and did not want to give anyone the time of day. Where do I begin as far as the buffet... more

We arrived very early for our stay and were offered a room immediately (lower floors). When we requested a higher floor were asked to wait and leave our cell number --- we were called in a matter of 20-30 minutes when the room was ready. Rooms were very nice, bed quite comfortable.
