The Marigny Manor House is "FABULOUS!" The food was exquisite, the service could not have been any better, and the room was so clean, comfortable, and convenient to walking to the French Quarter and Mississippi River. I loved every minute of being in New Orleans and staying at the Marigny Manor House was the best part. more

John was amazingly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions about restaurants in the area. The Marigny Manor House is a few blocks from the French Quarter on a quiet street; our room was beautiful, comfortable, and clean, and we woke up every morning to birds singing on the balcony. I would definitely stay here again. more

The owners gave us a warm welcome, telling us about the area, great places where to eat. The Marigny Manor House is well located, close to the French quarter (a few blocks away), quiet, and superb ! Our room (the court yard room) was great: lots of space, well decorated, accessible through a marvelous little garden. more

A little outside of the Quarter, but it was nice to have some distance between us and that madness. I like Faubourg Marginy (and the po' boys at Gene's), and the French Quarter and all those notorious spots were just a short walk away. I recommend it highly. more

Of the 4 rooms available at this property we were in the Red Room. Didn't see the others. This house was built in 1845 and has the great high ceilings and roominess of such houses in the NO area. Nice courtyard, too! We liked the room well enough but loved our hosts and would likely return there just to see... more

John and Gil who run the Marigny Manor B&B are great hosts. The House is very unique and interesting. Our room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The location of the Manor is right off Frenchman st where all the new music venues and some great restaurants are located. It's a nice quiet place to stay. Give them a try. more
